GOLD SURGES ON CONCERNS ABOUT
INFLATION, DEFICIT SPENDING
CNN/MONEY: Gold prices leaped to a near-record high Thursday on news of a weak dollar and inflationary concerns. The price of the precious metal could break $1,000.
